Shipping is FOB factory/warehouse. "Free Shipping" is defined as Standard Shipping, which is via UPS Ground to the 48 continental United States for orders totaling $99.00 or more before tax and shipping. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Place orders to these locations by phone.
Expedited shipping can be provided for an upcharge. Call for additional shipping charges to your destination. In most cases we are able to ship within 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items. Many of the products we sell are custom made. See our product-specific shipping information and guidelines for expected shipping times for large or special order items. Call for pricing and lead times. While 3 to 5 days is our goal, significantly longer lead times are possible. Please confirm product availability and anticipated shipping at the time of order. Large orders, such as chandeliers are usually shipped via ground, common carrier, and require more transit time, depending on the shipping address.
Please notify customer service at 801-472-4706 upon receipt of shipment containing damaged merchandise. Our customer service department will handle claims for damage or loss incurred during shipping.
Standard product orders may be cancelled prior to production for a full refund; cancellations made after production has started will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total order. For Custom Orders (orders for custom woods, finishes, modified designs or special one-of-a-kind creations), cancellations made prior to production will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total order. Cancellations or change orders will not be accepted for items that are already in production. All cancellations or change orders must be submitted in writing and must be approved by MissionArtisan.com or its authorized agents.
All merchandise is inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment to you. You may return most new and unopened items purchased at MissionArtisan.com within 30 days of the original delivery. Some items are subject to Product-Specific Refund Rules listed below*. Custom orders are not returnable. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 25%.
If you decide to return an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. Any additional fees for shipping internationally, shipping to HI or AK, or any minimum order fees are also all non-refundable.
Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who place orders by phone must review their receipt for accuracy within 24 hours.
Items must be returned in new condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) provided by MissionArtisan.com. The RMA will specify the return address.
All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within four weeks of receiving the returned item (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). Lighting and mirrors by Cherry Tree Design: Orders of 5 or more pieces per product do not fall under the standard shipping program. Large quantity orders and custom orders will typically ship in 8-12 weeks, depending on current production schedules.
Cancellations made after production has started will be subject to a typical 25% cancellation fee of the total order. Standard stock lighting orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled ship date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the fixture price.
